{Baghdad: Al-Furat News} The Ministry of Industry blamed the failures of the advancement of production and development of other ministries.
"In the last six months, we have achieved high completion rates because the ministry has retained the accumulated expertise that contributed to this achievement," said Nasser Al-Madani, Director General of the Technical Department at the Ministry of Industry.
"One of the big and complex problems in the Ministry of Industry is the lack of commitment of other ministries to the budget law; but there is a relative response by the ministries of defense, interior and oil in the purchase of clothing and equipment."
According to the plan, the Ministry of Industry reached 99% in the planning and announcement of a specific project or similar, but the completion rate of 99% in practice is very difficult to achieve in six months.
