She added that "victory will be in one basket with the independents," noting that "the new election law will serve the large organized parties and those with experience in managing the electoral process at the expense of the independents."
"There is no ideal electoral system, but we have waived our rights to the blood of the people, because the exceptional situation is enough for us to change," she added.
Regarding the construction alliance of the current Basra governor, Asaad Al-Eidani, for prime minister, Al-Mudhafar clarified that “Al-Eidani’s name was discussed by social media; So we will announce {veto} it. "
"Haider al-Abadi did not nominate himself to head the government, but social media circulated it, not the corridors of parties, and he distanced himself from the nomination and did not support any other candidate," she added, noting that "we are partners and are obligated to search for a suitable alternative to Abdul Mahdi."
Al-Mudhafar explained, "The victory bloc did not sign Abdel-Mahdi as being illegal and circumventing the constitution. Therefore, we disassociate ourselves in participating in choosing a transitional figure with the blocs." Noting that "the tasks that fall on this character are very difficult tasks, and regardless of the criteria, I am able to restore confidence between the political process and the Iraqi street by uncovering the perpetrators who killed the demonstrators and the security forces. "
