The representative of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Muhammad Karim, revealed, on Wednesday, the results of the meeting of the heads of political blocs and the Presidency of Parliament, in the presence of minority representatives to resolve the dispute over two remaining paragraphs in the Federal Court Law, stressing that the agreement was made to reserve a judge’s seat in the Federal Court, representing minorities. .
Karim said in a statement to "the information", that "a meeting yesterday evening, Tuesday, which included the Presidency of the House of Representatives, heads of political blocs and representatives representing minorities, reached a resolution of the point of disagreement on the representation of minority components in the Federal Court."
He added that "the agreement was made with the consent of everyone to reserve a judge's seat within the Federal Court representing minorities," explaining that "the paragraph relating to Islamic law jurists has also been body."
Karim pointed out that "next Monday, all the remaining paragraphs of the Federal Court Law will be put to a vote, to finish the most important laws in the country." Ended / 25 AD
