For his part, spokesman for the Ministry of Planning, Abdul Zahra Al-Hindawi, said, "The ministry hopes that Parliament will approve the financial budget for the current year soon in order to implement the projects that the country needs to raise the level of service in it."
He pointed out that "the decline in services is a natural matter due to the absence of the necessary allocations for the completion of important strategic projects."
