The head of the committee, Salam Al-Shammari, stressed in a press statement, "the necessity of supporting the national product by activating agricultural reform, supporting farmers and farmers, land reclamation, preventing foreign import, and introducing modern irrigation requirements as parliamentary and governmental priorities."
Al-Shammari announced, "preparations for an expanded conference under the slogan (planted in Iraq) early next week, to be followed by another conference on the industrial sector."
