    Al-Khafaji said on the sidelines of his meeting with the Head of the Advisors Authority in the Prime Minister, Abdul Karim Al-Faisal, that "the governorate has obtained industrial, service and recreational loans, worth 241 billion Iraqi dinars, for investors from the province who wish to implement industrial, service or investment projects, at a low interest with an exemption period." It will reach three years and a repayment period of up to fifteen years. "
    He stressed that "these loans come within the initiative of the Central Bank of Iraq, and are open to all the people of the province who wish to invest and work within the borders of the province."
    Al-Khafaji also revealed, "the allocation of more than 120 billion dinars, which will be allocated as housing loans within the initiative of the Central Bank, where the housing fund in Dhi Qar will be funded by about 79 billion dinars, to be paid to citizens who want to build housing units at a rate of 75 million dinars and a payment period of up to 20 years." , With a benefit exemption. "
    He pointed out, "The allocation of another 59 billion dinars to the real estate bank branch, and those wishing to establish housing units will be loaned at an amount of 100 million dinars without interest, or those wishing to buy housing units from residential complexes, and the loan financing for the purchase of the housing unit from the complexes will be 125 million Iraqi dinars without interest."
    Al-Khafaji explained that "there are agricultural loans worth 17 billion Iraqi dinars launched to the farmers and farmers of the province, and they can apply for them from the relevant banks," pointing out that "the central bank promised to increase the loans of Dhi Qar province after these current loans were exhausted."
