Australia confirms its support for Iraq in its war against terrorism

Baghdad (AIN) -Iraq’s Ambassador, Muied Salih to Australia met upon the invitation of Foreign Minister of Australia Ms Julie Bishop to give a speech at the Parliament in connection with developments on the Iraqi arena.
A statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs received by All Iraq News Agency cited “Ms. Bishop received the Ambassador before the parliamentary meeting, and expressed the support of the Australian government to the government and the people of Iraqi in the war against terrorism.”
“For his part, the Ambassador thanked the minister on her privileged position in supporting Iraq and its people,” the statement concluded. /End/
