Al-Kazemi pointed out that the quantities of vaccines imported to Iraq are increasing daily, noting that in the past he used to receive 50,000 vaccines per week, but will soon move to 400,000 vaccines per week, and the United States of America provided half a million vaccine doses that will reach Iraq within a few weeks.
He continued: "The world has changed and Iraq must open up to everyone because of its important repercussions on the economic, health and other situation, and we must take advantage of any opportunity that serves Iraq and through which it can regain its true role."
The Prime Minister indicated that there are contracts with large oil companies in the governorates of Dhi Qar, Basra, Maysan and Muthanna, and there are also large development projects in the field of gas, and in the near future they will be in the process of being implemented.
He stressed that the government is working to create a safe environment for investment and send a message to everyone that Iraq has a golden opportunity for investors, and this investment will have repercussions on the lives of citizens.
And Al-Kazemi added, that the government presented the white paper for financial, administrative and legislative reform, that would create good conditions for investment and protect foreign investments, as well as protect the Iraqi investor and change all bureaucratic aspects of work.
The Prime Minister said that he hopes to adopt this reform white paper as working rules for future governments, a paper that needs 5 years to achieve reform, calling on the House of Representatives to pass legislation to help implement this paper.
The Prime Minister stressed that Iraq today has regained its health and influence, and its role in the region has become pivotal, and everyone is betting on Iraq's role in restoring cohesion in the vicinity of the Arab and Islamic region, and searching for an Iraqi role to bring the views closer between the rival and competing countries.

He continued, "The most important thing about this achievement is that it unified the positions of the Iraqi political forces, and this gives a glimmer of hope to the Iraqis that we are united in our visions regarding Iraqi sovereignty, which we hope will be reflected in the upcoming elections. We have moved to a new stage of relations with the United States of America in the long run. Providing support and training to our security and military services, as well as in the economic, energy and environmental fields.
Al-Kazemi stated that the Iraqi forces received today recognition of their ability to protect the homeland and its people from terrorist groups and protect internal security, noting that Iraq needs to invest this opportunity to strengthen social peace and work within the framework of the state.
