    The economic advisor, Alaa Al-Din Al-Qusayr, warned, on Thursday, that the state budget may be empty during the year 2023, while noting that the House of Representatives from 2006 until now has cost the state huge sums.
    Al-Qusayr said, in a statement reported by the newspaper “Al-Sabah” and seen by “The Information”, that “the House of Representatives from 2006 until now has cost the state huge sums,” adding that “Members of Parliament in countries of the world such as Britain or Germany have certain allocations such as transportation or danger, and when the session ends. He returns to his previous job and work, but in Iraq, the issue has become complicated in thinking, feeling and application.”
    He added, "This error is structural by subjecting the entire state entity to an issue called (blackmail)."
