    Today, Monday, the Ministry of Finance announced the confirmation of more than 3,000 contracts and the creation of more than 14,000 job grades for the purpose of appointment.
    And the ministry said in a statement, “Al-Nour News” received a copy of it, that “with the follow-up to the Minister of Finance, Ali Abdel Amir Allawi, the Budget Department, one of the departments of the Ministry of Finance, approved the cadres to delete and create 9744 job grades, in addition to the assignments of lecturers and daily procedures for the year 2021.”
    And she explained, "The Budget Department has completed all procedures related to the deletion and creation of 9744 job grades for the year 2021, based on the provisions of Article 12-Second (a) of the Federal General Budget Law and sending it to the Federal Service Council, as it is the authority concerned with the appointment of these job grades."
    And she pointed out, “Calculating (295683) contracts for free lecturers for the year 2021 for the directorates of education in all governorates, according to the decision of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers No. (315) of 2019.”
    And the ministry indicated, "(305,288) has been transferred from a daily wage to a contract in implementation of Cabinet Resolution (315) for the year 2019 and other activities will be completed within the 2022 budget."
    And the statement continued, "(4396) degrees of political separation were created according to the decision of the verification committee in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, and (3909) contracts were confirmed by those who had service of (5) years or more."
    The ministry noted that it worked under difficult financial conditions to reduce unemployment and to employ large numbers of degree holders whose numbers had increased in recent years without having a job opportunity that suits their aspirations for a better future.
