Shafaq News/ The Iraqi Ministry of Finance announced today, Monday, the installation of more than three thousand contracts and the creation of more than 14 thousand job degrees during the past year 2021.
The ministry said in a statement, seen by Shafak News Agency, that its budget department "has approved the cadres to delete and create 9744 job levels, in addition to assigning lecturers and the daily procedure for the year 2021, to follow up on Finance Minister Ali Abdul Amir Allawi."
And she added, "The department has completed all the procedures related to the deletion and creation of 9744 job grades for the year 2021, based on the provisions of Article 12-Second (a) of the Federal General Budget Law and sending it to the Federal Service Council as it is the agency concerned with the appointment of these job grades, and the costs of ( 295683) a contract for free lecturers for the year 2021 for the directorates of education in all governorates according to the decision of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers No. (315) of 2019.”
She explained that "305,288 has been transferred from a daily wage to a contract, in implementation of the Council of Ministers' decision (315) for the year 2019 and other activities will be completed within the 2022 budget," pointing to "the creation of (4,396) degrees of political separation according to the decision of the verification committee in the General Secretariat. Council of Ministers".
And she indicated that "(3909) contracts have been confirmed who have service of (5) years or more," explaining that "the ministry worked under difficult financial conditions to reduce unemployment and to employ large numbers of certificate holders whose numbers increased in recent years without obtaining a suitable job opportunity. their aspirations for a better future.
