Member of Parliament Abdel Bari Zebari confirmed, on Sunday, that it is inevitable to form a consensus majority government, while considering that the term reform is used to reach the goals.
"We said there is no escape from a consensus majority government," Zebari said in a tweet on his page on the social networking site "Twitter", referring to "signs of a breakthrough in the formation of the government, but with consensual mechanisms as it was."
He added, "There is no change in the course of the political process with the mechanisms followed," indicating that "faces change, and the regime and its mechanisms remain according to an electoral process, and the people retreat or rush back."
