, Judge Imad Khudhair Al-Jabri, head of the Baghdad/Rusafa Court of Appeals, said on Monday that some media outlets "circulate incorrect information regarding the cases of the sponsored defendant, Rafi' Al-Issawi."
In a statement received by Mawazine News, the President of the Court of Appeal stated that "the Federal Court of Cassation directed the concerned court to complete the necessary investigative procedures to reach the financial sums whose fate is still unknown."
He added, "Also, the aforementioned accused is wanted for other cases, some of which are still under trial in the Criminal Court and the Misdemeanors Court, and another section is under investigation in the Rusafa Investigation Court." Ended 29/N33
