    The head of the organizing body of the Belt and Road Popular Movement, Hussein Al-Karaawi, confirmed that Iraq has a network of pipelines to export oil and deliver it to other countries and does not need to extend a new pipeline with the aim of normalization with the Zionist entity.

    Al-Karaawi told Al-Maalouma, “The oil pipeline project extending from Basra towards the port of Aqaba represents a government project for normalization with the Zionist entity.”
    He added, "Iraq has three ports for exporting crude oil and ensuring its arrival to other countries, including the pipeline connecting to the Mediterranean Sea through the Syrian port of Baniyas, in addition to the Red Sea pipeline extending from Iraq towards Saudi Arabia to the port of Yanbu, as well as the Turkish Ceyhan pipeline."
    He stated that "Iraq does not need to extend a new line to export oil, in light of the presence of these lines and sea export ports through the ports of Basra Governorate." Ended 25 n
