The secretariat said, according to a document obtained by Alsumaria News, a copy of it, that “there is no legal objection to the respondents’ forms in the Dhi Qar Governorate Book,” because the contractors, according to the provisions of Resolution No. (315) of 2019 amended by Resolution No. (337) of 2019, were included in the distribution of plots of land based on to the provisions of paragraph (13) of the aforementioned decision in the event that this right is included in the terms of the contract.
