, a member of the Coordination Framework, Ayed Al-Hilali, considered, on Thursday, that the expected briefing of the UN Representative in Iraq, Jenin Plaschaert, to be presented to the UN Security Council, could put politicians and Iraq "at a crossroads" in the context of political positions.
Al-Hilali said, "The rapprochement that took place between independents and the candidate, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, carries a message to the political forces about the importance of his presence at the head of the next government because of the realism and seriousness they saw in his government program."
In an interview with the official "Al-Sabah" newspaper, which was followed by Mawazine News, Al-Hilali suggested that "the delay in the constitutional benefits will not last long, especially with the current crisis situation."
He continued, "The expected briefing that the UN envoy, Jenin Plaschaert, will present to the UN Security Council, could put politicians and Iraq at a crossroads in the context of political positions." Ended 29/N33
