    Today, Wednesday, the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani, arrived in the capital, Baghdad, after concluding his visit to Iran.

    Mr. Al-Sudani arrived in the Iranian capital, Tehran, on Tuesday morning, and an official reception ceremony was held by Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi.






    The statement indicated that "the Prime Minister and the official delegation accompanying him held an extensive session of talks with the Iranian side, where the Iranian side in the talks was chaired by the Iranian President, during which a number of files were discussed, foremost of which was the file of security coordination, trade exchange, and cooperation in the field of security." Energy, investment, organizing tourism and mutual religious visits, and facing the challenges of climate change.

    Al-Sudani and the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran also held a bilateral meeting, in which they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries, and ways to enhance mutual cooperation in various fields and areas, in addition to discussing a number of files of common interest.
