The Federal Supreme Court hears appeals related to the constitutionality of Law No. (42) of 2013

This morning, Tuesday 8/29/2023, the Federal Supreme Court is considering appeals related to Law No. (42) of 2013, the Law of Ratification of an Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the State of Kuwait regarding the regulation of maritime navigation in Khawr Abdullah, based on the lawsuits filed before it in this regard.
