    [rtl]The Federal Integrity Commission reported that it carried out seizure operations in the Real Estate Registration and Tax Directorates in Dhi Qar, which resulted in the execution of an arrest warrant and the arrest of four defendants, on the background of forgery and tracking transactions. [/rtl]
    [rtl]The Government Media and Communications Office reported that the Dhi Qar Investigation Office team executed the arrest warrant issued against three employees of the Second Real Estate Registration Department in the governorate; on the grounds of their forgery of books related to the ownership of 42 plots of land to undeserving persons in the Nasiriyah Municipality Directorate; based on forged ownership books not issued by the Municipality Directorate. The team was also able to seize the original ownership records.[/rtl]
    [rtl]On another level, the Media Office noted that the first field team in the office, which moved to the Dhi Qar Tax Directorate, was able to arrest a person accused of a crime red-handed while he was following up on transactions belonging to citizens without official agencies.  [/rtl]
    [rtl]He pointed out that two official reports were prepared for the two operations, and that they were presented, along with the accused, before the judge of the Dhi Qar Investigation Court, which is competent to consider integrity cases, who decided to detain them in accordance with the provisions of Articles (240, 340) of the Penal Code.[/rtl]
