    Economy News _ Baghdad:

    Attributed to the Committee on Parliamentary Services, on Tuesday, the cause of the deterioration of the fact the service in the country to poor planning and administration, indicating that Iraq lost about $ 6 billion due to stop a number of service projects.

    The Rapporteur of the Committee MP Huda Sajjad in a press interview seen by the "Economy News", that "the deterioration of the fact the service in the capital Baghdad, is due to a lot of the window and amended by the Iraqi Council of Representatives legislation."

    She added that "most of the water and sewage lines and tanker networks projects stalled due to the possibility of payment of advances contractors", calling on the government to "implement projects in a way of payment on credit."

    She said that "Iraq has lost about $ 6 billion due to suspension of a number of water and sewage projects in Baghdad and the provinces."
