He said, Iraq has made significant progress in the use of information and communication technology index , which tracks four indicators (number of mobile subscribers the number of fixed telephone subscribers and the number of internet users and a base ofcomputers), where Iraq has been growing in the technology index points in 2006 from 2005, after that was a technical indicator in 2005 it is 31.0 rose to 47.0 , and the absolute value of the change 16.0 percentage growth is 61.51 He explained Al -Attiyah, said the promotion of this progress requires a certified by the state policy to develop laws and legislation adopted to support initiatives and ways to improve national projects to interact with science and global technology system linked to their compounds with each other, make this system turns into a system of innovation.
