    [ltr]The President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Nechirvan Barzani, expressed the hope that the improved situation in Baghdad and resolve outstanding problems through understanding.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Barzani said in a speech during the reform conference in the Kurdistan region's economy for the year recovery and protect the poor segment held in Erbil between the Kurdistan Regional Government and the World Bank, "The coming of the 1.8 million displaced people to Kurdistan to raise the proportion of the province's population of 28% and a burden on the government." .[/ltr]

    [ltr]The Chairman of the Kurdistan Regional Government that "the support of the World Bank and the will of the Kurdistan Regional Government is confident that we will implement these reforms, despite all the obstacles," stressing the need "to change the perception of banks and deal with it as that one of the foundations of the reform plan is to provide employment in the private sector opportunities."[/ltr]
    [ltr]Barzani gave thanks "for the countries of LG Group 7 and the World Bank and the United Nations for its support of the Kurdistan Regional Government," reassured "the oil companies in the region that we are committed to contracts concluded with them."[/ltr]
