    Issued judiciary, on Thursday, an arrest warrant against the former governor ofNineveh Liberation of Iraq on charges of"communicating with a foreign country." And based on the memorandum to a lawsuit filed by three deputies over the past year 2015.

" 
    He continued , spokesman for the judiciary said" witnesses from the camp they attended, yesterday, and made their certificates macroscopic what exists in the military headquarters , "pointing out that" the court got official documents and pictures from inside the camp , stating the existence of Turkish troops in. " 
    Bayraktar said that" the judicial investigation and evidence collection continued for the period between thesubmission of the complaint and even the presence of witnesses , and that this process lasted for about ten months , "stressing that" as a result of those investigations issued an arrest warrant judicial on the right of the accused in accordance with Article 164 of the Penal Code for the crime of communicating with a foreign country. "
