Iraqi Central Bank announced yesterday sold $ 150 million to 45 banks and financial companies to convert into currency selling to the public a window.
The central bank said in a press release, " Thesize of the amount sold on Monday reached 150 million, 918 thousand, and $ 243, priced at 1182 dinars to the dollar exchange rate, with the participation of 31 banks and 14 financial company to convert." He added that " the amount of remittances and credits totaled 140 million, and 78 thousand and $ 243, in what was the quantity sold in cash 10 million, and 840 thousand dollars , " noting that " the amounts transferred to the accounts of banks selling abroad is priced at 1190 dinars per dollar, andthe selling price cash shall be priced at 1182 dinars per dollar. "
