    I wanted to bump this post up for all to review. IMO, there are some real clues in these articles as to why we have not see the zeroes deleted yet.  Debt owed to other countries (hence the US still protecting the funds), parliamentary elections, finance committee asking CBI not to delete, etc. Of course, all jmo
