"he attributed the parliament for the Kurdistan region of the reasons for the large increase in poverty rates in the region to the Iraqi federal government in Baghdad to cut off the region 's share of the general budget, as well as due to contest the territory war against al" Daesh "since two and a half, and the increasing number of refugees and displaced people arriving in the Kurdistan region and the lack of external support to help them and house them and carry KRG expenses this process. 
    Najib noted that the Iraqi government will spend money to committee was agreed to be customized to address poverty, including the provision of employment opportunities and the provision of support to areas of education and health, and disbursement of loans to small enterprises. 
    She explained that the Iraqi government will approach international party to support Iraq 's efforts in this regard , such as the World Bank and UNICEF.
