A document issued by the Federal Court, obtained by Baghdad Today, today, Tuesday (August 20, 2024), showed the rejection of the lawsuit to issue a judicial order against the local government election session in Kirkuk Governorate.
According to the document, "The Federal Court decided that there was no urgency or necessity to issue a state order against the procedures for forming the local government in Kirkuk, which resulted in the selection of Governor Ribwar Taha, along with the presidency and members of the council."
