[rtl]The Dhi Qar provincial council confirmed the rise of poverty to 70 percent in the province, especially in the last three years.[/rtl]
[rtl]Council member Zeinab Khalaf attributed the lack of agriculture and tourism, which was a major resource for the people of Dhi Qar, calling on the federal government to address poverty in the province, through the provision of jobs and housing, and the activation of the agricultural sector.[/rtl]
