    [rtl]A joint delegation of Turkmen and part of the Arabs of Kirkuk discussed with the President of the State of Law, Nouri al-Maliki, the formation of the local government in Kirkuk at the Al-Rashid Hotel, amid the oblivious absence of the Turkmen component , part of the Arab component, and the Kurdistan Democratic Party.[/rtl]
    [rtl] Al-Maliki's media office said, "A joint delegation from the Turkmen and Arab components included the head of the Iraqi Turkmen Front, the head of the United Iraqi Turkmen Front list, Hassan Turan, and the head of the Arab Alliance in Kirkuk, Rakan Saeed al-Jubouri, with the former Prime Minister and head of the State of Law coalition, Nouri al-Maliki, in the capital, Baghdad.” [/rtl]
