    [rtl]The Martyrs Foundation complained that the lack of financial allocations is delaying the disbursement of dues to the registered victims of the Popular Mobilization Forces, whose number exceeds ten thousand martyrs and 25 thousand wounded.    [/rtl]
    [rtl]The Director General of the Popular Mobilization Department in the Foundation, Tariq Al-Mandlawi, explained that the Foundation seeks to obtain many of the material and moral dues for them, as they are rights that must be obtained according to the law, similar to those registered on plots of land or residential units, which prompted the Foundation to contact the competent authorities to allocate plots of land or to contact the Investment Authority to allocate residential units for them, along with contacting the Ministry of Health to provide subsidized health care for them.[/rtl]
    [rtl]In the same context, he explained that the institution faces a problem in the small amount of money allocated to it within the budget, amounting to 325 billion dinars, noting that the institution received about 150 billion dinars of the amount, and it was distributed among its three directorates, who are victims of the defunct regime and terrorism as well as the Popular Mobilization, noting that the distribution of the amounts is according to the numbers, percentages and priority of those included according to plans prepared by each department for its beneficiaries.[/rtl]
