Dollar trims gains after the Fed's statement

The US dollar pared gains against the basket of major currencies last night due to disappointment that the Federal Reserve (the US central bank) has not shown much enthusiastic to raise interest rates but the data is stronger than expected US economy supported the currency.
And the loss of the dollar index, which tracks the currency's strength against six major currencies, traded around 0.3 percent of its gains after the Fed's statement to be high, only 0.2 percent at 99.669.
And it is approaching that level of the lowest reading in seven weeks 99.430 which most crucial index on Tuesday after comments by Trump and his chief economic adviser that Germany, Japan and China devalue their currencies at the expense of American companies and consumers.
The dollar rose 0.4 percent to 113.23 yen, while the euro fell 0.3 percent to $ 1.0764. Earlier, the dollar rose one percent to the highest level for the session at 113.95 yen.
