     BAGHDAD / Sky Press:

    He said Baghdad Governor Ali al-Tamimi, Saturday, killed four demonstrators and wounded 320 others during a demonstration in Baghdad today, while Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi called for an investigation and to hold accountable those involved attacked the demonstrators.

    Tamimi said in a statement received "Sky Press," it is "within the democratic climate constitutionally guaranteed capital, Baghdad this morning demonstration Magdy Rady peaceful, where everything goes all smooth and there was cooperation evident between security forces and demonstrators," noting that "there are those who tried to disturb the peaceful atmosphere arose, some members of the security forces firing tear gas and live bullets at the demonstrators, which led to the martyrdom of some of the demonstrators and the wounding of hundreds of others, where the final outcome (4) martyrs and 320 wounded, of whom 79 were wounded by live ammunition. "

    Tamimi denounced "the targeting of unarmed demonstrators," and urged the prime minister to "the formation of an investigative committee and to hold accountable all those involved assault and the use of force and violence against peaceful demonstrators."

    The Baghdad Operations Command announced on Saturday, killing and injuring eight associates in the security forces, while confirming they found weapons and knives when some of the demonstrators, pointed out that the troops are doing their job in maintaining security and order and the protection of citizens and public and private funds.
