    BAGHDAD - A decade

Confirmed for the economy and investment committee that routine parliamentary and extra episodes in government departments delay the completion of transactions of citizens and investors.

Said committee member Amer winner in a statement yesterday that the (routine killer pursued by government departments, causing delays across the country and not the economy by, but the economy on top of things is what concerns us now), adding that the (routine and episodes of excess in the departments and institutions of the state are delaying the completion of transactions citizens and investors alike and be the cause of the expulsion of investment and not lured), and continued (so you must remove the rings excess because the treatment pass on as well as the person to sign these things do not have a reason and, like checkpoints security in the streets which is hampering things citizens and walk not going to work based on what we are seeing now from the deterioration in this context).

However, the winner (must heed the state for these things and take into account and cut red tape to make things a reason to speed up the completion of transactions people including investor), and explained that he (should also pursue a policy of single window which requires that each Ministry representative or employee is authorized authority Minister of allocation and other territories, otherwise the investor or has an economic project remains spins in a circle, and all these things retard the economy and must be eliminated this phenomenon to drive the economy forward in the country).

Yes. By all means cut the red tape and get this thing done or it will worse than a circle.
