* Council of Ministers approved the Iraqi bill giving officials the choice of dual nationality to retain their positions or their nationality acquired, that displays the law at a later time to the Parliament for consideration and vote on it, while political sources said they would draft a law that is part of this conflict between the blocs on the law of Parliamentary Elections at the end of the 2013, which divides the parliamentary blocs. We can’t hold new parliamentary elections before we resolve the right to dual citizenship to campaign in the run for parliament. Political sources said they were given a legal choice between sovereign positions and dual nationality or retain their non-Iraqi nationality - there’s no  need to put a bill before Parliament and the original is to remove the suspension by Parliament of the constitutional clause through a vote in parliament to re-work it out. Sources amazed that the government took this issue and gave such great importance at a time when Iraq is witnessing daily bombings, Bombings  and assassinations have claimed lives of hundreds of the government without devoting one meeting about the deterioration of security. The sources said that the scenes to draft good laws are closely linked to the conflict on the adoption of the open list or closed in the new election law, which includes the project that all sovereign positions of ministers, deputies, governors, ambassadors and officers according to Moussawi, who said that the law gives us choice – either officials covered between abandoning their posts or giving up their gained nationalities. The fourth paragraph of Article 18 of the Iraqi Constitution says that one must acquit multiple nationality to hold positions in Iraq rather sovereign or senior security position and to abandon any other acquired nationality; this is regulated by law.
MP Haidar al-Mulla is a member of the Legal Committee said ongoing discussions on the amendment of the law of the upcoming parliamentary elections were recently included in the proposals that require a candidate must have a bachelor's degree in civil jurisdiction after a standard high school diploma, in addition to Iraq prevents  dual nationality of filtration, which would deprive nearly a third of current members nominated to Parliament.  He said that the'Legal Committee continues intensive discussions on this Law for the next parliamentary elections because of a general desire to speed up the adoption of the law to ensure that there is no delay in holding the elections and explained that the new proposals were on the table concerning the re-defining science for the candidate must have obtained a bachelor's degree at a lower after the high school diploma was the criteria for nomination. He added that other proposals to prevent two or more holders of dual nationalities along with Iraqi citizenship; this proposal contained in the Constitution was ignored over the years by leaders of blocs. Mullah revealed the existence of opposition by the major parties on the proposals because it does not possess these competencies, he said, adding that most of the party leaders have dual nationality status, calling for civil society organizations and the media that they have  compressive strength to pass these amendments. He said that there are more than 70 members who are dual nationals which would mean they would have to deny nomination in the next election. If these amendments are approved, he said, there are also dozens of MPs who do not have Bachelor certificates which would deprive them of serving Iraq in the future. He added that the third proposal to amend the election law includes a claim to reduce the age of candidacy from 30 to 28 years of age which comes as a result of pressure of Civil Society organizations to parliament, stressing that the committee agreed to file these proposals to the Presidency of the Parliament in order to include these amendments to this law and see the first reading.
Out of people in the neighboring countries to Iraq protesting against the lack of services as in the case of Iraq is the increasing need to search for causes of corruption and to locate people that are aware of those who know of corruption and its channels and the snakes  but the difference are heard among individuals affecting people’s lives, raging with calamity as it turns to silence in the identity of Iraq, that is against the corruption officials exceeding the limits of rationality, the provincial budgets that are guilty after many years of dispensing crooked ways where fraud is unprecedented, so turning officials where co-captains of 'accommodation at airports frequent travel for more graft.
There is no justification Iraqis to plunder the riches of the country in cold blood and collapse the system of service providers, our security is so lax on national responsibility, as if drowsiness of dishonesty both night and day, and then remain silent on everything that is happening in front of our eyes from looting and fathoms graduated into insatiable whales that devours everything around it  with officials blessings! And worse it's called asceticism where content is elaborated by absurd national contracts channels of execution playing all the cords for the silence only to have other instances of the wood there and the rest comes!

Yes, we live in a stage of schizophrenia with our ruling politicians that spread of the phenomenon  the are reptiles that are never satisfied which reveals a scheme to convert the wealth of Iraq to personal  property registered in the name of our officials or dealers. It seems fair to humiliate the feelings of the citizen morning and evening via behaviors that show revenge from social history. Is it acceptable transfer people to the hungry for darkening eyes do not read and do not see it!, A group of people decides to draw Exchange general budget here or there, and when it is most pack their bags an get out of Iraq, where they begin sharing the spoils, and ridicule the services in Iraq, which the 'political capital owners describe as misplaced luxury, and if they also have become among the specialists in human rights, why  slaughter Iraqi political deals and accept all the security plans and the means of implementation, including blood.. If we continue to compliment the official inefficient birth because of links of kinship or Mzajiat personal, we share in the crime, and if the Real Estate \ 'brotherhood enemies \' among the dues \ 'Fahloh \' in the trade on the black market, we are and as we said earlier will be ours and pause again , and references contained in this article, are among the special files be published newspaper \ 'Euphrates day \' starting next Saturday, it revealed the hidden, so as not to cover the minds of some of them in a deep sleep!!
