The document revealed pure Council and obtained by the "Sky Press," that "the Supreme Judicial Council issued an arrest warrant and investigate against former governor Raed Salah Eddin Ibrahim Hamad al-Jubouri."
The Council gave the ear for "members of the Judicial Council and members of the deaf to arrest al-Jubouri, according to the information listed by the document."
