    A parliamentary committee condemns the establishment of monument to Saddam in Amman

    It denounced the Committee of Martyrs and Political Prisoners in Parliament on Wednesday, the establishment of a statue of the former president in the Jordanian capital Amman. This measure was considered as a "disregard for the blood of the Iraqi martyrs" and called for government by showing its position and address their Jordanian counterpart.

    The sites and Arab newspapers, including Diyar newspaper, spoke about the efforts made close to the family of Saddam Hussein and some of the parties to the Iraqi community in Amman to donate $ 25 million to buy a large piece of land near the entrance to Oman and the establishment of the Statue of phase 25 - meter bronze of the late dictator.
