Kurdish Christians declare stand on referendum

Arbil/ Iraq TradeLink: Kurdish Christians declared their support for the expected referendum on the independence of the Kurdish region.
During a meeting with the two main Kurdish parties, both sides had dialogues on the referendum question.
This agreement followed similar one voiced by the Kurdish Turkmen during a meeting with the Kurdish parties.
The Christians will have a member in the committee to be formed for the referendum, a Kurdish leader Roz Nouri Shawis stated.
On the other hand, Christian sources reported that their stand will be submitted in writing in order to protect their rights.
