{Baghdad:
Euphrates News} said the State of law Coalition Mohammed civilian that
quorum has prevented votes on Federal Court Act.
The premier told
{Euphrates News} said on Wednesday that "the quorum for voting on
Federal Court Act, of 217 votes or two thirds of the members of the
House of representatives in the parliamentary meeting Tuesday called for
the Presidency to postpone the vote on the law."
Description of
the Act "is important for the stability of the political process",
calling for "going to maximize independence and impartiality in
preparing the law ensures the independence of the judiciary".
"The debates and dialogues within the political blocs have reached a formula suitable for adoption of the law".
Parliamentary
meetings and postponement of the Federal Court Act because some
political agreement on the terms of the law, such as how to choose
judges or judges ' decisions and other different legal aspects. Ended 11
