The Basra Provincial Police Directorate announced on Tuesday the control of tribal conflict and the arrest of those accused of criminal offenses.
The Directorate said in a statement received by Mawazine News that it "arrested a number of criminal offenders in the province including a defendant accused of threatening, three accused of theft, four other defendants on charges of drug abuse and the accused of forgery, nine mujahideen and three accused of murder And three accused on charges of possessing an unlicensed weapon. "
"Basrah police officers also managed a security operation in al-Hussein district to control a tribal conflict and arrest 10 suspects," it said.
She also pointed out that the police were able to "liberate the kidnapped and capture his captors"
