Heads of delegations of Russia, Turkey and Iran signed to Astana talks on the establishment of special low-escalation areas in Syria include areas north of the province of Idlib and Homs eastern Ghouta Damascus and rustic shield and south of Quneitra Memorandum.
State Department spokeswoman Heather Noert confirmed that the United States were not a party directly involved in the Astana Conference as they were not a party to the agreement signed.
Noert said encouraged the Syrian opposition to participate in the discussions despite the difficult conditions on the ground
And expressed Washington's concern about the agreement Astana, particularly with regard to Iran's participation as a party guarantor, adding that Iran's firm support for the Assad regime.
