    The Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Friday strongly condemned the attack on a bus carrying Coptic civilians in Minya province, south of Egypt.
    "The Iraqi Foreign Ministry strongly condemns the ugly terrorist act that targeted a bus carrying Coptic civilians in Minya province, south of Egypt," ministry spokesman Ahmad Jamal said in a statement. "Iraq stands by the Egyptian people and their government against all Groups of extremism and terrorism targeting the unity of this people and its national cohesion. "
    He called for "the need to strike more hard on the evils of extremism and atonement in the region, and drying up the sources of support and funding and media platforms that promote his speech."
