Kurdish parliament to be reactivated, but?

Arbil/ Iraq TradeLink: The Kurdish Democratic party, headed by President Masoud Barzani, agreed to re-activate the Kurdish Parliament, provided replacing its Speaker Yousuf Mohammed after the first session.
It is supposed that the parliament shall hold its first session under the chairmanship of Speaker Mohammed, who belongs to Change Movement.
The Democratic Party preconditioned that new Speaker should be for the second session of the parliament.
It seemed that all Kurdish parties agreed to re-activate the parliament, some sources said.
