Deputies call for the adoption of electoral denominator 1.4 and the preparatory certificate of provincial elections law

The deputies of different blocs, on Monday, that the adoption of electoral denominator 1.9 draft provincial elections law and districts and identify the candidate with the certificate of bachelor is the deliberate dimensions of important segments of the people, while called to adopt the electoral denominator 1.4 and the preparatory certificate.

He pointed out that "all the countries of the world do not put the condition of the certificate, including Arab and European countries, being popular participation and democratic exercise. "Calling on all members of parliament" to adopt a fair electoral law based on the right of everyone to participate and away from exclusion. "
He stressed the net on the need to "adopt 1.4 as an electoral constituency to take all the right and be the testimony of junior high that Iraq is the country of everyone."
The leaders of the political blocs agreed during their meeting on Sunday, chaired by Speaker of the House of Representatives Salim al-Jubouri, to present the government's proposal to calculate 1.7 percent of the draft provincial and district elections law, to vote within the Council.
