Mr. Ammar al-Hakim stressed "the need to limit the weapons to the state and end the armed manifestations, and restore confidence between the citizen and the state to be a refuge primarily before the secondary addresses."
He stressed that "the unity of Iraq is a guarantee for the benefit of all and the need to hold elections on time and the reconstruction of liberated cities and cities of those who sacrificed blood and went budgets of their cities to support the war and achieve victory."
