    Economy News Baghdad: 
    Oil Minister Jabbar al-Allaibi said on Tuesday that Iraq needs a barrel price of between $ 55-60 to be a better financial situation.
    "Iraq is ready to dialogue with Kurdistan to settle the oil files," Oil Minister Jabbar al-Allaibi said in a statement to CNBC Arabiya, and read by "Economy News" that "Iraq needs a barrel price between 55 - 60 dollars to be a better financial situation."
    Al-Allaibi predicted global oil demand growth from 1.3% currently to 4% after 2019.
