    "Migratory birds start migrating from the cold areas of European countries, especially Siberia, to the warmer areas of the Iraqi marshes at the end of October each year and are about to arrive," said the head of the Fishermen's Association in Hor al-Sanaf, Naji Erhim al-Saidi.     "There are groups of weak souls are currently preparing to hunt migratory birds with toxic mustard and other chemicals, as happened last year," Saidi said.
    Saidi stressed that "these groups are currently ready to finish off the swarms of migratory birds as soon as they arrive." 
    Al-Saidi said that "these groups are distributed in the areas of Hor al-Sanaf and the western donkey Hawrah, Umm al-Tayyar, Houra Abu Hudaydah, Houra al-Jarbasi, Hawrah and the rest of the areas and other areas of the Chabaish district." 
    Saidi pointed out that "last year witnessed armed confrontations and exchanges of fire between these groups after the difference on the sharing of fishing areas in the areas of the marshes."

    He pointed out that "these groups do not comply with the advisory opinions of the prohibition of overfishing of birds and fish with toxic substances," stressing that "the lack of active and active interest by government agencies to reduce the phenomenon of overfishing." 
    Saidi stressed that "the need to form a special operations room in the areas of the marshes dealing with the manifestations of overfishing of migratory birds and fish," provided that includes "impartial elements and to have broad support and powers by the Prime Minister and religious reference to be able to get rid of the manifestations of overfishing and dealing with those who As terrorists ".
