Ornaments calls for recourse to law in conflict resolution
29/10/2017 12:00 am [rtl]Baghdad / Al-Sabah The Secretary-General of the Human Rights Foundation in Iraq, Dr. Walid Al-Halli, stressed that the next phase should include the resolution of disputes that arise as a result of political or tribal differences, while appreciating the role of the commander-in-chief and the security forces in achieving victory over terrorism and the imposition of the law. During a seminar on "Tribal Arbitration and Settlement of Disputes and Community Peace" held by the Ministry of Justice, Al-Halli said that "raising awareness about overcoming disputes and violations in a peaceful manner and according to the laws is one of the most important things that should be studied and observed. In addition to political, social and economic tensions, including tribal or tribal differences and regional, national or political conflicts that use extortion and control as a means of achieving benefits beyond the law.
