    Farhad Alaeddin adviser to President Fuad Masum, the agreement of the political parties to form a committee by the Presidency of the Republic and with the participation of the United Nations to manage the dialogue between Baghdad and Erbil.
     
    "All Iraqi parties agree to start a dialogue between the federal government in Baghdad and the provincial government, except for the Council of Ministers, which sees that all their conditions are not implemented," Aladdin said in a press statement.
     
    He explained that "those present at the meeting of the three presidencies, held on Wednesday and missed by Prime Minister Haider Abadi, talked about the subject of starting dialogue between the governments of Baghdad and the region."
     
    The adviser of the President of the Republic, "the agreement of all parties to start dialogue between Baghdad and Erbil was approved the formation of a committee under the presidency of the Republic with the support of the United Nations to manage the dialogue between the two sides."
     
    He pointed out that "President Fuad Masum sent official letters to both Prime Minister Haider Abadi, Prime Minister of Kurdistan, Nechirvan Barzani and the Secretary-General of the United Nations in this regard."
