    [rtl]BAGHDAD (Reuters) - The Baghdad Provincial Council's service committee said on Wednesday it rejected the decision of the capital's secretariat to increase the fines for divided houses in Baghdad.[/rtl]

    [rtl]The head of the committee, Nazem Saadi said in a statement to "Trend Press" that the imposition of fines and increase the Iraqi citizen in large amounts is unacceptable, indicating that the citizen does not bear any increase because of limited income, especially in the poor and medium.[/rtl]

    [rtl]He called Saadi, the Secretariat of Baghdad to the need to reconsider this decision and corrected in the right direction of the interests of the public and service to the Iraqi citizen.[/rtl]

    [rtl]It is noteworthy that the secretariat of Baghdad has issued earlier a decision to increase the financial fees and taxes on the owners of houses divided in the capital to amounts amounting to about three million dinars.[/rtl]
