The President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Nechirvan Barzani, has called on several occasions to allocate a percentage of the grants to be submitted by countries in the Conference on the reconstruction of Iraq in Kuwait.
The federal government did not include the Kurdistan Region in any project according to the list below.
